Which platforms will Audami support?
Audami is in development for iOS and Android. Store links and minimum operating-system requirements will be published here after release.
Does Audami need microphone access?
No. Audami does not listen to your room, detect disturbances or record snoring. You choose the disturbance and build the sound Shield manually.
Does Audami work offline?
Shield audio is designed to be generated and mixed on your device. Authentication and limited account operations require a connection. Exact offline behaviour will be confirmed at release.
Can I use my own music?
The planned personal-music feature uses a file transiently for playback. Audami does not persist or upload the file, its filename or its path.
How do I delete my data or account?
The planned Privacy & data area provides local-data deletion, portable export and account deletion. Full processing and retention details are in the privacy policy.
Is Audami a medical or hearing-protection product?
No. Audami is a comfort and focus tool. It does not diagnose or treat sleep, hearing or medical conditions and is not hearing protection.
How can I report a problem?
Email hello@microrealos.com with the device model, operating-system version, Audami version and a short description. Never email passwords or authentication tokens.
